I called in to see about getting an emergency eye exam and quick fitting for contacts for work. Joe, the guy that answered the phone, was extremely polite and efficient, answered all of my questions, but informed me that he couldn't help me with an exam as his optometrist wasn't in today. Instead of having me call everywhere else, or wait until I could get in, he offered to set up an appointment today at another Bard office. I accepted and he got it handled for me right away. The whole experience was great.
