the people working at this store were very unhelpful and did not seem to know what they were talking about. I went in there once a few weeks ago to see if they could help me with a phone problem, and they told me that nothing could be done, only to find out that there were SEVERAL things that could have been done to help me and eliminate the problem I was having. Then I went back to activate my new phone and they were very slow in helping me and asked me for several things that I have never needed before to activate a phone, which I found very annoying since I did not have the information that they said they "required". I would never go back to this store, the people frustrated me and did not seem to care that a customer was upset and needing help.
